You were never meant to spend your life proving you’re enough.

Somewhere along the way, you may have learned that being loved meant being agreeable. That keeping the peace meant staying quiet. That being a good woman meant putting everyone else first.

Maybe you’ve become so used to questioning yourself that you don’t even realize how often you dismiss what you want, what you feel, and what you know.

The Power of Good Enough is about changing that. Not by becoming a better version of yourself to earn your worth, but by letting go of the beliefs that made you question it in the first place.

You don't have to earn your worth. You were born worthy. You don't have to prove it, perform for it, or become someone else to deserve it. You were enough before the world taught you to question it.

About

Hi, I’m Monica.

For a long time, I thought being a good woman meant being easy to love. I tried to keep the peace, be understanding, avoid conflict, and make things easier for everyone around me. Somewhere along the way, I lost touch with myself.

It took me 20 years to wake up to what I had been living with and begin to understand how much of myself I’d abandoned trying to make things work. My faith in God has been a huge part of my journey back to myself.

Today, through The Power of Good Enough, I share what I’ve learned to help other women question the beliefs that keep them doubting themselves, find their voice, and stop treating their worth as something they have to prove.
